Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the tour will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour are non-refundable.
If you do not participate in the tour or are not present at the transfer time, the fee will not be refunded.
Balloons not flying due to weather conditions
does not mean that the main Cappadocia tour has been cancelled.
In case of cancellation of the extra purchased balloon flight due to weather conditions
the fee paid for the balloon flight is assessed according to the service provider's refund policy.
In the event that the tour is completely canceled by the organizer, an alternative date is offered or the entire tour price is refunded.
