Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the tour will be refunded in full.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start of the tour are non-refundable.
If you do not participate in the tour or are not present at the transfer time, the fee will not be refunded.
The fact that balloon events cannot be held due to weather conditions does not mean that the main tour is canceled.
If extra purchased balloon events are cancelled, the return terms of the respective service provider will apply.
In the event that the tour is completely canceled by the organizer, an alternative date is offered or the entire tour price is refunded.
