For children aged 0-3, information is required at the time of booking. • The boat tour may be modified or cancelled by the captain for safety reasons depending on weather and sea conditions. • It is recommended to bring swimsuits, towels, sunscreen, sunglasses and hats for use on the boat and during swimming breaks. • Care has to be taken as there may be slippery floors on piers and boats. • Participation in swimming breaks is the guests' own responsibility. • Swimming spots and break times in the tour schedule may vary depending on weather conditions, maritime traffic and operational reasons. • Our professional captains and experienced team accompany our guests throughout the tour. • Hotel pick-up and drop-off times may vary depending on the accommodation area. Tur başlangıç saatine 24 saatten daha kısa süre kala yapılan iptal ve değişiklik taleplerinde ücret iadesi yapılamamaktadır.
Rezervasyon tarih değişikliği talepleri müsaitlik durumuna bağlı olarak değerlendirilir.
Misafirin tur başlangıç saatinde belirtilen buluşma noktasında hazır bulunmaması durumunda rezervasyon "katılmadı (no-show)" olarak değerlendirilir ve ücret iadesi yapılmaz.
